Please include the original working files including all fonts and graphics. Prefered file formats are Quark Xpress, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop files. If you are working in a Microsoft Program, please include a hi-res PDF whenever possible.

 
1. Use the software's "Collect for Output" or "Package" feature to gather all supporting files.
2. Compress the collected job into a single .zip or .sit file. Zip files are preferred.
3. Send the compressed file using our Contact Form or via FTP. To use FTP, you must have (or install) FTP client software such as Fetch (Macintosh) or FileZilla (Windows). Call for Jarr Printing's FTP Settings.
